Hi 👋 shipping_options is expecting an array of associative arrays, I believe you need to double up the square brackets you have:

    'shipping_options' => [[
        'shipping_rate_data' => [

                    'currency' => 'eur'
                ],
                'type' => 'fixed_amount',
