Hi there 👋 if your users didn't complete the onboarding flow, then you'll need to generate a new Account Link for them so they can complete those additional requirements. Let me know if that's not what you were trying to ask, I didn't see a question in your post so I had to guess a bit.

the user completed the onbarding new account link. it still showing account Restricted. im assuming maybe we are sending something bad in the payload

What do you see when you retrieve the Account object? Are the requirements you're referring to listed in requirements.currently_due?

My teammates and I here in this forum specialize in helping developers work with our APIs, so I'm not as familiar with the dashboard side of these flows.
Those are in review it seems like, not that they're missing.
