Do you have an Event ID I could take a look at?
Where is the metadata being stored?
If the metadata you are looking for is being saved to the Customer, this will not be present in the customer.subscription.deleted webhook event because the object that we return is the Subscription.
You will need to to use the Customer ID in the Subscription object to retrieve the Customer if you need access to that metadata.
Or you could store it on the Subscription object.
