@steady axle We don't have any bulk APIs. So as the platform you would call the List Subscriptions API https://docs.stripe.com/api/subscriptions/list and then cancel each one via the Cancel Subscription API https://docs.stripe.com/api/subscriptions/cancel before you disconnect the account

since we are also using subscription schedule feature to update the subscription price plan, is the listing subscription api also including the subscription that are already on the subscription schedule?

it depends, it's possible for a SubscriptionSchedule to exist but not have a Subscription yet. So if you do something like this then you'll want to list and cancel those too
