If you like to test, go to appsumo.com, create an account, go to appsumo.com/account/payments, use US as the country any valid zip.

Add any paid product and click the cart icon in top right. Continue to cart, click continue to payment, you should be on the payment step on /checkout and see the 1-click flash on the payment element

Okay yeah I'm seeing that it looks like you are in an experiment currently that is doing some preloading for Link but then since there isn't actually a logged in Link user found it removes that Link option there. This seems like a bad UI/UX (and hopefully our internal teams recognize that by doing this experiment).

The best thing for you to do is to write into our Support team via https://support.stripe.com/contact/login and request that you are opted out of this experiment.
