I am writing to inform you about an issue I am experiencing with making a payment through Apple Pay using Stripe. Below are the details:
What did you expect to happen?
I expected to successfully complete the payment using Apple Pay through Stripe without any issues.
What actually happened?
Every time I attempt to complete a transaction using Apple Pay, the payment fails to process. There are no specific error messages provided, and the transaction does not go through.
Reproduction Steps:
I selected Apple Pay as the payment method during checkout.
I authenticated the payment using Face ID/Touch ID as usual.
The payment attempt is processed but ultimately fails without success.
Question:
Could you please assist me in resolving this issue? I would appreciate any guidance or troubleshooting steps you can provide to help me successfully complete the payment using Apple Pay on Stripe.

I'm sorry, this is still really vague. Can you share actionable information as a developer writing the whole code and controlling the integration? There are dozens of ways to integrate Stripe and I need you to explicitly share how you integrate, what product you're using, what your code looks like, which exact part of the API is not behaving as expected, etc.

Perfect, so you are not a developer writing code in the end right? You are using Shopify to accept payments instead? If so, this is a question for Shopify's support team, not us. They control your integration and they have their own ApplePay integration
