This looks like just a regular generic decline. You would need to have the customer reach out to the issuing bank to troubleshoot further

Yeah, our support folks are more equipped to handle decline payment lookups. This channel is for API integration issues, and as far as I can tell there aren't any integration issues right now; only a declined payment.

this error was happened by confirmWechatPayment with intent id
it showed 402 error with generic decline
when we request confirm, there is no customer info in confirmWechatPayment
I can't know why you think this is the customer bank issue
when calling confirmWechatPayment method, stripe returns the Qr code url
with this qr code, customer will make the payment

I mean, as I mentioned, this looks like a regular decline. Nothing seems wrong with your integration and this isn't a widespread issue as far as I can tell.
