Ah! You're referring to the CustomerPortal. You'd want to review this, https://docs.stripe.com/customer-management/configure-portal and https://docs.stripe.com/customer-management/integrate-customer-portal. The CustomerPortal configuration allows you to configure how you'd want the CustomerPortal to behave. Then, you'd use that to create a CustomerPortal session to allow your customer to make the changes.
