Hello, API-wise you could debit one account and then transfer the funds to another https://docs.stripe.com/connect/account-debits
Unfortunately it is not possible to transfer directly between accounts
Also I think I remember there being some Stripe policy restrictions around being able to do this but I cannot remember what they are. If you reach out to our support team and tell them more about your use case they should be able to tell you if we support that flow for your usecase https://support.stripe.com/?contact=true
