No, you can't transfer funds directly to a customer. You can only transfer funds to a connected account.
You might want to onboard your customer as a connected account, so that you can transfer funds to them

Ok, Connected account to get active it requires Terms of Service marked as accepted thats done by user consent using the stripe onboarding link. how can we skip that part for customers ?
