Eligible users will usually be sent a Stripe Reader S700 DevKit free of charge from their sales POC to develop and test their AoD custom POS( this can be answer on the doc that you given right). These readers can only be used in test mode and are needed to initially build an AoD app as well as for working on and testing app updates. Gated users can purchase additional DevKits from their dashboard. ( what is this that they can purchase)
