Hello, I am not familiar with that tab and am not seeing it on my own test account but yes listing your subscriptions would generally be the way to get the raw data that you could use to calculate stats on retention yourself.
What customer data are you looking for? You can expand the customer property when listing subscriptions which will give you the full info on the customer object
