You need to set up a webhook endpoint specifically for listening to Connect webhook events. I can't advise on a blurry screenshot

I can't just point you through the UI. This server is focused on developers coding integrations with Stripe APIs so we 1) aren't familiar with the Dashboard settings 2) tend to suggest writing code to interact with the API
