because we have been taking user card information and bank infomation
but we are not saving anything in our DB it goes direct to stripe database

just one more question sorry for it similar to that can we transfer direct from one connect account to another ?
i search this earlier and could not find someone told me we can transfer to platform and then from there can transfer to the other connect account if there is a way to transfer directly to that connect account then this could save me a lot of trouble

No you can't transfer funds from one connected account to another directly, the workaround is to use account debit to move the funds from connected account A to platform, and let platform create a tranfer to move funds to connected account B
