The only other thing I could find on rejected.other was this page https://docs.stripe.com/connect/handling-api-verification
Hi ๐ I'm taking a look to see if I can spot an integration issue that could have led to this, but if it's more about the state of the account our Support team may be better suited to help explain what you're seeing.
Was the account granted the Affirm capability, but then had it deactivated, or were they rejected when the capability was first requested? If the former, can you clarify when the capability was removed?
They had this capability before, never used it yet, but were happy that their clients were seeing the option and now it's gone.
I don't know how to find other affected accounts in the dashboard, because it says "Eligible", "Ineligible" but I don't know if Eligible may be rejected as well.
Nothing is standing out to me. It doesn't look like you unrequested the capability, so I don't think this is a concern with your integration. I'd recommend reaching out to our Support team to have this investigated further:
