I've tried adding a custom e-mail domain, and I created a customer using that domain, but the e-mail still didn't arrive

Is test clock useful in this context? This is what I did:

  1. Changed my account e-mail address to match with verified domain, as asked
  2. Added a card expiring in 01/2025
  3. Activated a subscription for the customer.
  4. Moved test clock to 12/2024.

Since now the card has only one month left before expiration, I was expecting the e-mail reminder to be sent

what you did seems to match what is mentioned in the documentation. I think the documentation is missleading here, and this email cannot be tested in test mode.

I see... Are test e-mails supported at all, or just these aren't?

I tried to get a "payment failed" e-mail which also seems to be supported according to documentation, but I also didn't receive it

in general it can be tricky to test emails in test mode yes. but often you can see preview of the emails in the dashboard. for example you can view payment recipts in the dashboard:

and if you click on "send reipts", then you can enter an email address that match your account email and it should work

Is there a way to check on prod when the "card about to expire" e-mails are being sent? We just wanna make sure it's gonna work after we enable it
