i dont understand i cannot check in the dashboard if the customer still active ? beside i in test mode so and i created the customer so i know he is active

i can see that it started at the 08/06, the next bill is for the 08/07 its like it freezed between the 06 and the 07

the subscription seem to be active but it didnt send any event at the 08/07 to renew the subscription

Likelihood that this is related to the account status, where payments are currently paused due to outstanding requirements. In those scenarios we pause are recurring jobs that create and manage invoices
I tried with another account I'll see if it's working
