good question. It's only happening for a few customers, but hadn't identified a pattern.
I don't think it was failing as often as it is now.

Heh, you're picking up on exactly what I was leading to, any sort of pattern that we can hook on. Since this is for Connect, any chance it's only certain Connected Accounts seeing this?

Hm, I doubt it's something with your integration then, and suspect this may be related to the state of those accounts somehow. I'd recommend reaching out to our Support team to start a ticket for this so those can be investigated more closely:
