So I'm going to try and guess at your question: You are a platform, you have a connected account acct_123. That connected account has its own Subscriptions sub_123 that you manage via the Direct Charges flow https://stripe.com/docs/connect/direct-charges
To cancel a Subscription on a connected account, you have to tell us which connected account it is on by using the Stripe-Account header feature similarly to what you did when you created it really: https://stripe.com/docs/connect/authentication#stripe-account-header
