@abstract nova we have a maximum for all currency amounts to 8 digits. So if your converted amount is higher than that it can't be used.
Some currencies have a problem were $100 USD is a really high number in that currency which prevents usage the way you're describing.
So yeah I'd recommend not supporting those currencies in that case.

Also I would encourage you to look at https://docs.stripe.com/payments/checkout/adaptive-pricing as a potential alternative to you maintaining every currency_options for all currencies
