If you disconnect a Connected Account then you can no longer retreive any information about that account via our API

We thought about deleting account data from our database, but on Stripe, the connected account would still be connected to the platform account until user closes it. So both accounts are still connected, but how would i retrieve information for it if i do not have the accountId

If the account is still connected then you can always list your Connected Accounts: https://docs.stripe.com/api/accounts/list
But really it would be much quicker/easier if you have some identifier like the account ID
Not sure why you would delete that piece of data if you are going to want to retrieve the account at some point
