That will not be possible. Stripe will send the events to all endpoints that subscribe to this specific event type
You'd need to filter the events in your own server

When you create a payments such as using Payment Intent, you can add the domain to the metadata of the Payment Intent creation request. In the webhook event, metadata will be available for you to filter: https://docs.stripe.com/metadata
