A webhook is for Stripe to send an event to your server. Could you share what you would like to achieve an example or scenario?

So I have figured out how to send customers to the Stripe Checkout Page on my Shopify website, but it doesn't track the event "Complete Payment" when they purchase their order

How do you track the events? Are you hosteing your own Webhook endpoint?
