setup_future_usage is to tell Stripe to save a payment method with using it in future off_session payment. This will still require 3DS authentication if the issuer asks for 3DS

When the Payment Intent status is in requires_action, you should ask the customer to authenticate the payment

3DS will be triggered when a Payment Intent is confirmed again

This is expected

But there is any other way to handle the reauthentication for longer period

Because we are working in milestone and we didn't ask customer to reauthenticate the card again and again
