This isn't something Stripe can help with since your integration was through a third-party. I'd highly recomend pushing back on your current software provider.

fwiw I don't even know what Vault IDs are.. We don't have insights into how the third-party builds their integration using our APIs. The best path here would be to talk to the platform you are integrated through.
