Is there another Customer with a Subscription that they might be referring to?
I have no idea tbh because it seems irregular we ensure that we save the subscription details on our side at least the id & some minor details through the return from direct api call & webhooks
if cus_QcAqMJezD8ON1f doesn't have a subscription that's totally fine and is expected from our side of the application
if it does have a subscription in stripe side and if it's not being tracked on our side that's a problem
currently I have no means to confirm it because client only said they are paying for something and nothing else and I can't reach them now
No, I don't see any subscriptions for that customer ID on our end.
