I see that request used an idempotency key that was used for an earlier request (that also returned a 400)
That means we're just returning the same original response

If your goal is to make a new request to initiate an outbound payment, can you make the request again and use a different idempotency key?

Ah ok understood. I didn't realize idempotency keys applied for failed requests as well
