Why does it work when i create a add a new external bank account but not when its updating an existing one ?
it requires a specific permission on our account to do this? FYI i already asked the support and waiting for an answer too

I'm not sure. It's not a generally available parameter so my teammates and I here in this forum aren't familiar with how it's expected to work.
