Normally you shouldn't need to do anything. You can test if this works with test cards: https://docs.stripe.com/co-badged-cards-compliance?type=web-elements&ui=payment-element#testing

I tried testing this with the test cards. I can see for example in the first case (4000 0025 0000 1001) it shows the CB brand. However, the dropdown doesn't appear. I was expecting a dropdown to select either CB or Visa for that card.
