No that's not possible, you would just not use Financial Connections in that case and collect the bank details yourself.

Oh you are usin deferred-intent
Sorry yes you could do this if you are using intent-first because you can set this on the backend: https://docs.stripe.com/api/payment_intents/create#create_payment_intent-payment_method_options-us_bank_account-verification_method
But it isn't yet supported for deferred-intent (where you render Payment Element on your frontend and set paymentMethodOptions there)
