is there anyway to create a limited team role that only has access to a custom account's dashboard
The view that I can get to using the above screenshot would be perfect to share with my client... is there any way to do that?

You can specify a role that can create connect accounts and view all Connect Account dashboards but no, you cannot add a user to your platform account for dashboard access to just their connect account dashboard

That approach seems extremely unlikely due to the massive re-write of permissions and validation required.
