I don't see any text you can configure on the PaymentSheet.Configuration (https://stripe.dev/stripe-ios/stripepaymentsheet/documentation/stripepaymentsheet/paymentsheet/configuration-swift.struct) besides the merchantDisplayName and the primaryButtonLabel. You would need to add the text you want to display to your UI prior to displaying the PaymentSheet.

ok, thanks i guess this (https://docs.stripe.com/payments/checkout/customization#policies) does not work with normal payment intents and iOS Payment Sheet?

No. Checkout is Stripe-hosted and a completely separate product from the payment sheet

I don't seem to understand how to remove link as a payment method

I can just disable where it should be displayed but if i don't select any of the places, the button is greyed out...

Do you want Link disabled everywhere? Or just some specific payment flows?

You should just be able to turn it off if you're logged in as an admin in the Dashboard
