Hi 👋 not that I'm quickly remembering about or finding. This is the closest thing coming to mind, but it doesn't have toggles and specifically focuses on what can be changed via the Appearance API:

I'll let you know if I find something better though.

It doesn't let you see a ton of different options, but the Layout dropdown near the top of the example on this page lets you swap between the Accordion and Tabs layouts:
