Hi there ๐ no, you can't begin processing transactions before the accounts are fully onboarded. Let me know if it feels like I didn't grasp what you're asking though!
We see some other companies do this (like Eventbrite), they have some brief questions and already allow to receive payments. If you would like to get payouts you need to fill in the rest of the data. That's why we were wondering if there was a way we haven't discovered yet
I'm not familiar with how Eventbrite built their integration. The only thing coming to mind where that would work, is by using a Separate Charges and Transfers flow, where the payments happen on the Platform who then transfers funds to the Connected Account. So you could theoretically collect payments first and hold the funds on your Platform, then transfer them later. I've not tested that flow personally before though.
I also don't know what kind of risks, legal or operational, this introduces in cases where the Connected Account never completes the onboarding flow, leaving the Platform holding funds that may not be theirs to keep.
