We are in development now. We are testing and trying to make easy for our partners to onboard Stripe. We have 2 platforms and our partners should be onboarded to both of them.

As we know, When partner redirecting to onboarding to Platform B (this partner already finished onboarding for Platform A), Stripe should offer to use previously provide data to skip onboarding steps

Why do you need to have 2 Platforms exactly?

We have 2 Platforms - Diffent Brand name and Tax registration, Same partner have stores in both Platforms. Need to onboard both of them to make payment

I have asked to question before and got response from you, If Partner provide same email during onboardings, on second onboarding, Partner will get options to use previously created account

I didn't get here, It was provided us as image from key account manager from stripe. It means that, it is possible. Just wanting to test in Test Mode

We create two onboarding links for the same partner but on different platforms. If the partner completes the onboarding process using the first link, they should see a page with an option like "proceed as business X" if they use the second link.

In test mode, when the partner starts the onboarding process using the same phone number on different links, they never see the page with the option like above in image.

We never tested it in non Test Mode. Just want to test it in Test Mode

As I said, I am not aware of this option. It might be just for specific Connected account types/countries. If you type an email you already used and don't get this option, I'm afraid it's not available.

In test mode, created Onboarding Link never asks email to fill, only require phone number. Can it be related? because, Partner does not provide email and Stripe cannot identify that this account have already registered before

Yes, Account Manager sent this image to us. They didn't send us here to get response. We are testing and try to get flow like in image before go live.
