It's all good, these tests just don't curently use the stripe API directly.
If we created a single SetupIntent for this test account, do you know if we'd be able to reuse it indefinitely?
We wouldn't be trying to make payments - just GET it

No we don't recommend keeping a SetupIntent long lived. You should create a SetupIntent as and when you need one.
