When you say timeout, do you mean if PaymentIntents expire?
If so, then no.. If you look at the PaymentIntent, it is still in requires_action status
You can try to reconfirm it to intiate authentication

So in theory, the client can confirm the PaymentIntent after 15 minutes, or later?

Yeah.. I think 3DS timeout is separate.. in which case, the PaymentIntent will move back to requires_payment_method status
and customer will need to provide the payment method again

3DS timeout hasn't kicked in either, I guess I'll wait a bit more. Thank you very much for your help
