Yeah you can hide those fields with the payment element: https://docs.stripe.com/js/elements_object/create_payment_element#payment_element_create-options-fields-billingDetails-address-country

However, if you do that you'll need to pass them to the confirm call still

If I use card element, will I have an ability to add other payment methods like PayPal and cart element under it?
Yes, but you'll need to integrate each payment method separately
