I don't know, but it's not something we can help with here โ this server is public so we can't help with account specific problems. As per the email, speak to support using the options above
I did send an email but nothing happened.

I was told about this problem and the next thing I knew my account was closed.
Is there at least a number I can call, because I am having a hard time finding one.

I'm a person, what does it matter?
In my attempts to figure this out I've been hearing that Stripe isn't too reliable and a reason for that is that a lot of the work is put onto bots.
So between not knowing what the problem is, not knowing how to fix it, and you telling me you can't help me, I'm not having much faith in this getting fixed.

You giving me a phone number would do a lot to give me faith in this situation can be resolved and it would put my mind at ease. Please.
