For that you'll need to use Subscription Schedules - it's an advanced concept that allows you to schedule updates to the Subscriptions: https://docs.stripe.com/billing/subscriptions/subscription-schedules
Please go through the guide, it will help you understand how it works, and let me know if you have any questions.
Alternatively, a much easier solution is to upgrade the Subscription immediately, and prorate the unused time for the rest of the month.
