https://dashboard.stripe.com/test/logs/req_VoLAE1b7J7rZyb indeed showed that the payment method was created with test mode publishable key, but it was used in live mode secret key when creating a Payment Intent in https://dashboard.stripe.com/logs/req_mj2KV6CddsAUJr
This channel is for direct integration with Stripe. For third party integration such as Amelia, we don't have visibility how they set the API keys and make the request to Stripe. I'd recommend checking with Amelia why the payment method is created in test mode when you have set the live mode key.

So Amelia plugin is the one that is creating a test payment method?
From the request history, I could only see that the payment method was created from test mode publishable key. If you did not integrate this yourself, then the request is likely made from Amelia or whoever has the access to test mode publishable key
