Yes you can do that but you still have to verify the bank account and create a mandate, both of which will require a SetupIntent or a PaymentIntent

Ah ok so basically there is no option for me to just charge a bank account for payments without first doing either microdeposits or using the instant verification that stripe financial connections provides?
