Will setting up gpay will also appear as a Card Payment method?

Hi, as long as you have saved a real card on your browser's wallet, you should be able to test it by using that card. When Stripe sees that the request is being made by your test API key we replace that card with out test 4242 card instead: https://docs.stripe.com/elements/express-checkout-element/accept-a-payment#test-integration.

Your card won't be used in this case and you'd see the 4242 test card for that payment

Also I have another question, when someone changes their subsciption plan I want it so when they change plan to a higher value then charge the prorated amount immediately rather than adding them to the next month's invoice
