We don't document this but we document the usage we have above which using Stripe Tax independently is not on the list

I'm seeing that this only applies to connected Stripe accounts. How would I use this for one of our users that processes payments with Authorize.net for example?

You'd get to step 2/calculate tax but everything after that would happen outside of Stripe

I believe the business would still have to create a connected account with you (in order to add registrations) but no payments related to their business would be completed on Stripe
