The form is of stripe so stripe will know how to embed the form in websites

You are referring to the Embedded Stripe Checkout form, correct?

Yes this isn't something you would embed yourself since that would mean the payments would not go through Shopify
They need to set that up for you

Yes. And since I don't know how Shopify is creating the Account Sessions and setting that up, you will need to work with them.
