Hi, I was able to test this on my end and can confirm that the behavior you're seeing is expected. That payment method is not attached to the customer until after it is verified. For this reason, it won't return a result with that payment method when you use this endpoint, https://docs.stripe.com/api/payment_methods/customer_list.
As a workaround, you keep track of what payment method object belongs to that customer and retrieve the payment method, https://docs.stripe.com/api/payment_methods/retrieve.
In this case, you would use the pm_1PhuTZIkaYJTQiHGJOR4mnh3 ID to attain the data. Then, once the account is verified, you should be able to see the response here, https://docs.stripe.com/api/payment_methods/customer_list.
