The error message is pretty explicit. You passed a floating point number (with decimal places). Our APIs only accept integers.
And if the Invoice was paid, you cannot apply the application fee

Unfortunately you cannot apply an application fee for a payment that has already been made.

You can debit the connected account. But if they aren't expecting this it could lead to negative balances.
