hi! i tried several times to do a refund to one of my clients
and it doesnt work well as i am unable to do that, my customer have tried to email stripe several times without a answer, he even talked to his bank an they have said no income payments from stripe... it have been more than 10 working days!

have you opened a support ticket at https://support.stripe.com/?contact=true about this? This channel is mainly for API/technical questions(if you have some code or API call you made that returned an error I could have a look).
