hi! when you say "in their dashboard" where exactly are you referring to? this is an Express account so it doesn't have a full Dashboard, it has a stripped down version https://docs.stripe.com/connect/express-dashboard

it would be in the payments tab, not payouts

#

what you should see is the destination_payment (py_xxxx) that is a "payment" the account receives when the transfer arrives

This is the transfers tab. It is not appearing here as well. Sorry I mistakenly sent the payout tab.

ultimately this (how things appear in the Dashboard) isn't my area of expertise, I mainly work in the API
