Not that email specifically as far as I am aware. In general we don't send emails automatically in test mode to prevent our test mode from being abused to spam people with emails
There are some emails that can be manually triggered and sent to the email address that you use to log in to your account but I am not aware of a way to trigger the credit card expiry email. If you reach out to our support team, they may be able to answer specific questions about that email if you are trying to figure something out about what it looks like or how it works https://support.stripe.com/?contact=true
